Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing their income tax returns using TurboImpôt software.
• Provide tax advice, review personal tax returns, and handle product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via advanced video communication tools and document interactions for accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with complex tax situations (employment, self-employment, investments, foreign income, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally via video and audio tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, minimum 20 hours/week.

Preferred:

• Experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
