Responsibilities :

• Help clients complete their tax returns using TurboTax software, providing guidance and reviewing their submissions.
• Assist customers with product and software inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Use government websites and professional resources to find accurate answers for clients.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records of customer engagements.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Experience with complex tax situations including employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and credits.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service through video and audio tools in a professional and friendly manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours per week.

Additional assets :

• Experience preparing Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and escalate issues as needed.

Intuit offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. The pay range varies by location but generally is between $24.50 and $33.50 per hour. This role is virtual, customer-facing, and requires using our advanced video communication tools.
