Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing their tax returns using TurboTax software.
• Provide tax guidance and review personal tax returns, including complex cases with employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers and communicate clearly with clients.
• Interact with clients via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with professional tax software for personal and complex tax returns.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and improving customer experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work at least 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience preparing Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

Compensation:
