Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration.
• 15+ years in tunnelling, trenchless, or municipal conveyance projects.
• Experience delivering municipal water/wastewater conveyance schemes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction support for tunnelling projects.
• Oversee technical specifications, drawings, and contract docs.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulators, and utilities.
• Provide technical leadership for tunnelling and trenchless delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk on projects.
• Review deliverables for standards compliance and constructability.
• Support field inquiries, site reviews, and issue resolutions.
• Lead design workshops, risk assessments, and value engineering.
