Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in accounting.
• Experience in compliance, financial operations or regulation is an asset.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage Trust Safety service requests and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Respond professionally to lawyers’ inquiries per SLA.
• Monitor compliance obligations and deadlines, escalate as needed.
• Review annual/interim trust accounting reports for accuracy.
• Support data integrity and department process improvements.
