The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, portfolio oversight, and leadership within a collaborative team, with a focus on delivering trusted financial guidance and comprehensive trust services.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience required
• College or undergraduate degree completed or in progress
• Familiarity with estate and trust administration is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle estate, trust, and protection mandate accounts
• Provide superior service and comprehensive fiduciary solutions to clients
• Develop proactive client contact strategies to grow and retain relationships
• Ensure client objectives are documented and reviewed with a tailored action plan
• Identify referral opportunities across the RBC network
• Streamline new business processes for clients and advisors
• Maintain overall client relationship management for assigned portfolio
• Mentor team members through coaching and development activities
