Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Trust Officer in Vancouver to manage a book of estate and trust accounts, delivering premium service to clients and COIs. You will report to the AVP, Trust Services and collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Legal, and other lines of business.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of estate and trust experience, works well with high-net-worth clients, holds a university degree, and STEP/MTI designation is a plus. Some intra-provincial travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of estate and trust industry experience.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and their wealth advisors.
• STEP or MTI designation would be an asset.
• Intra-provincial travel may occasionally be required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and oversee administration of estate, trust, and power of attorney accounts.
• Take ownership and resolve client and partner inquiries promptly.
• Exercise discretionary authority per wills, trusts, or POA documents.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Legal and related lines to resolve issues.
• Participate in audits and governance activities as required.
• Build strategic relationships with COIs including lawyers, accountants and financial advisors.
• Contribute to policy development and process improvements.
