Job summary

DMC Recruitment Group is recruiting a Truss/EWP Design Manager with strong MiTek experience to join a residential-focused team in Edmonton, Alberta. You will lead the design of roof truss and floor systems, ensuring efficiency and code compliance from concept to manufacturing.

You will collaborate with sales, production, and customers, interpret drawings, produce layouts and take-offs, and support estimates and value engineering to optimize projects.

Qualifications

• Experience designing roof truss and floor systems.
• MiTek software experience, Sapphire preferred.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop layouts.

Our client is looking for a Truss/EWP Design Manager with strong MiTek experience to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role focuses on designing efficient, code-compliant roof truss and floor systems for residential, multi-family, and light commercial projects. You’ll work closely with sales, production, and customers to deliver accurate designs that move seamlessly from concept to manufacturing.
