Trucking Operations Representative

Agilus is recruiting for a Trucking Operations Representative in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta. We are looking for a Trucking Operations Representative for our client in Calgary downtown.

A typical day:

• The Trucking Operations Representative (TOR) is a primary contact with our 3rd party carriers representing the Truck Operations group.
• The TOR is responsible to ensure safe and reliable trucking needs for operations by monitoring the delivery of bulk fuel to retail locations.
• They must be excellent communicators to the broader Truck team, our internal stakeholders, and carrier partners on the phone and via email.
• The TOR must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously.
• The TOR must process strong initiative, organizational, and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Successful candidates will have:

• Strong to Advanced knowledge of Excel and data reporting, including Power BI. Data flow and Process Mapping an asset.
• Post secondary education. Previous logistical experience an asset. Bilingual (English / French) an asset.
