Job description

- Perform Routine/Preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with trailers and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs.

- Assemble and disassemble trailer components as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

- Use hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.

- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

- Follow all shop procedures and company policies relating to the use of shop and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements

A valid 310T or 310J Truck/Trailer Technician license is required.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, brake systems, and electrical systems.

- Welding experience is an asset.

- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in physically demanding environments.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
