Dyno Nobel is seeking a Truck Driver / Magazine Keeper to operate trucks and deliver commercial explosives safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do

As the Truck Driver / Magazine Keeper, you will operate Dyno Nobel trucks and other plant equipment to deliver commercial explosives products safely, timely, and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

  • Driving/operating delivery vehicles over public roads and challenging terrains such as mine locations, FSRs, and off-road sites
  • Loading, unloading, and maintaining magazines, sites, and inventories
  • Operating machinery like skid steers or equivalent with basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs
  • Following safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety at all times
  • Maintaining accurate records of handling, transportation, and use of explosives
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory procedures
  • Managing inventory effectively
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Class 3 license with Air Brakes endorsement
  • At least 12 months of commercial driving experience
  • Preferred experience with explosives
  • Satisfy NRCAN Explosives Handling Permit requirements
  • Possess and maintain necessary licenses and certifications
  • Experience with inventory management is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • At least 21 years old
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 lbs repeatedly
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, team-oriented
