Position: Truck Driver & Dispatch Logistician/AZ Driver

Salary: $19.70 to $38.00 an hour

Job Type: Full Time

Main Duties

• Supervise workers and projects
• Train or arrange for training, co-ordinate, and schedule activities
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recommend personnel actions, co-ordinate repairs, and rental
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies

Tasks (Dispatch Logistician)

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Supervision

• 1 to 4 people
