Position Overview

Food and food service delivery drivers play a vital role in the food supply chain. They ensure timely and safe delivery of products, serve as representatives of our company, and build lasting customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate electronic driving logs.
• Drive safely on local and national routes, complying with all laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members professionally.
• Unload and deliver products as directed, and assist customer service as needed.
• Handle payments and paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current AZ / Class 1 Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Meet all provincial licensing / certification requirements.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report for the past 3 years.
• Pass criminal background check and road test.
• Ability to lift and handle freight weighing between 10-90 pounds, using appropriate equipment.
