Salary: $28.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Responsibilities

1. Address customers’ complaints or concerns
2. Mountain driving expertise
3. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
4. Drive lighter, special purpose trucks
5. Load and unload goods
6. Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
7. Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
8. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
9. Pay and receive payments for goods
10. Perform emergency roadside repairs
11. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
12. Perform preventive maintenance
13. Receive and relay information to central dispatch
14. Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
15. Transport and handle dangerous goods

Credentials: AZ class license
Experience and Specialization:

• Documentation knowledge
