Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Truck Driver located in Calgary, AB. The Truck Driver will be:

• Responsible for transporting building materials to various locations
• Ensuring timely and safe deliveries
• Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials
• Adhering to all DOT regulations and maintaining the truck in good working condition

The role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service during each delivery.

Other responsibilities:

When no deliveries are scheduled:

• Assist with the operation of the warehouse
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
• Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Load, unload, and organize inventory
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

• Possess a CDL Class A license
• Experience in Truck Driving and transporting building materials
• Skills in loading and unloading materials safely on rooftops
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and safe driving practices
• Proven track record of reliable and safe driving
• A hands-on, team-oriented environment
