About the Role

The Truck Driver is responsible for transporting raw materials, WIP, and finished goods according to instructions from the scheduling, purchasing, and shipping departments.

Responsibilities

• Work in compliance with all Health and Safety Legislation.
• Facilitate material movement between plants.
• Inspect all material handling equipment, tractor trailers, or trucks in their care, following ministry guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within areas of responsibility.
• Transport materials to Coatings suppliers and pick up materials as scheduled.
• Manage E-Log requirements mandated by the Ontario government.

Qualifications

• Class AZ license with a clean driving record.
• Strong driving record as noted by the Ministry of Transportation.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
