Freightliner North Bay is seeking a Heavy Truck Mechanic Apprentice at our North Bay location. Candidates should have some experience in the heavy mechanics field and are guided to learn the basics of heavy truck repair under certified mechanics.

We assist apprentices with registration through Canadore College, and we offer medical and dental plan benefits, competitive wages, and pension opportunities for our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy mechanics preferred.
• Must have a valid G driver's license; DZ preferred.
• Own transportation to the workplace.
• Full set of mechanics tools required; workplace provides tools/computers.

Prior registration as an apprentice through trade certification is preferred however we can help the right candidates get registered as an apprentice through Canadore College.
