Job Description

Schedule: Mon- Thurs Days & Afternoon 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities include completing regular maintenance, yearly CVI inspections, and handling paperwork for trucks, 5 tons, vans, flat decks, and converter dollies.

1. Remove and replace brakes, brake drums, hubs, seals, bearings, races, and related parts.
2. Troubleshoot and repair emissions, electrical, and lighting systems.
3. Repair or replace chassis components such as springs, spring hangers, equalizers, slider assemblies, axles, subframes, and air suspension parts.
4. Repair or replace bumpers, braces, mud flap brackets, dolly legs, and other components, including welding or cutting as needed.
5. Repair or replace flooring, rub rails, doors, panels, and rails.
6. Maintain personal cleanliness during and after shifts.
7. Assist with tasks outside primary responsibilities as required.
8. Maintain timely and regular attendance according to schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed with 310 Truck & Coach or third-year apprentice status.
• Registered with the Trades & Apprentice Board.
• Valid Driver’s License Class 5 or higher.
