The Triple Meg All-Girls Youth Soccer Coach will be responsible for implementing soccer sessions for female athletes ranging from 5-10. Female Coaches will foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment, focusing on both skill development and personal growth.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 5-10, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
2. Schedule and manage coaching shifts to ensure seamless program execution.
3. Adapt to unpredictable weather, rescheduling when necessary.
4. Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
5. Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development.
6. Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Unyielding enthusiasm for soccer.
2. Previous coaching experience in youth soccer, preferably in an all-girls environment.
3. Ability to adapt coaching techniques to different age groups and skill levels.
4. Managing a field with 12-14 athletes.
5. Valid vulnerable sector check.
6. Reliable transportation: Valid driver's license and vehicle.
7. Ability to work flexible hours. All sessions are held in the evenings Sunday - Thursday from 5:30-7:30 PM.

Compensation: Based on experience $25- $30/session
