Orlick Industries, an automotive parts supplier producing aluminum components for various vehicles, invites applications for a Trim Press Operator. You will safely operate production equipment, perform pre-start checks, and judge part quality. The role involves repetitive work, lifting up to 15 lbs, and hand-tool use.

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Math aptitude is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-start safety checks.
• Maintain continuous operation of the production process.
• Complete necessary paperwork (pre-start safety checks, production sheets, bin tags, in-process sheets, sensor and error proofing check log).
• Effectively communicate to the supervisor or the next operator at shift change, of any visual or dimensional defects.
• Understand inspection procedures, make checks as necessary as per the control plan.
• Use a hand tool where necessary to improve a finish on parts.
• Ensure that all unacceptable parts be counted and disposed of into scrap bin.

Trim Press Operator

Position Summary:

The Trim Press Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment and making decisions on the quality of the parts produced. This position involves repetitive work, lifting up to 15lbs, and the use of hand tools.

• Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10 hour weekly rotating shifts

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
