A leading online car retailer is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to enhance customer experiences in car buying. This role involves managing customer inquiries, guiding them through the purchasing process, and collaborating with various departments. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of customer service experience and must be fluent in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese. On-site work in Mississauga is required, along with availability on weekends.
