Job description

Tress Lounge is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our financial operations for our Head office location : 8501 Mississauga Road. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Track accounts payable / receivable, expenses, payroll, and commissions
  • Maintain accurate records for product inventory and salon sales
  • Support preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Assist with GST / HST filings and other tax documentation
  • Communicate with vendors and salon managers regarding discrepancies or financial issues
  • Prepare financial data for review with Leadership and external accountant

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Prior experience in retail, beauty, or multi-location business preferred
