Specializing in succession planning, governance, individual development, and managing family relationships, Trella helps multi-generational family enterprises grow and evolve. With a team of interdisciplinary advisors, Trella offers a comprehensive, strategic, and relational approach to address the complexities of family enterprises.

As Trella continues to expand its services and impact, the organization seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and enhance its business strategy and operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the Trella team, the COO will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, financial management, client development, and organizational risk management.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing professional services firms or similar organizations, with a strong background in finance, operations, human resources, and information technology. A highly relational individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is essential. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or CPA designation would be advantageous.

This role is based in Toronto / Vancouver, with potential flexibility for other locations. It represents a significant opportunity for a strategic leader to contribute to Trella's mission of supporting and guiding the growth and harmony of family enterprises.
