Job Summary: SavATree's mission is to preserve and enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces across the country through comprehensive tree, shrub, and lawn care. We are expanding and seeking dedicated individuals to grow with us.

Pay and Benefits: This position offers $25 - $32 per hour depending on experience, along with paid PTO, benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Job Description

Are you looking for a place where you can thrive? Our General Tree Care Team is the backbone of our operations, working together to deliver high-quality tree care that maintains and improves the health of our clients' landscapes.

As a Tree Climber, you'll work outdoors on beautiful properties, applying your climbing, pruning, and safety expertise to ensure the health and well-being of each landscape.

Daily Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in proper pruning practices for large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species and understand their characteristics.
• Climbing experience without spurs.
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards and equipment operation, including chainsaws and aerial lifts.
• Understanding of safety policies, hazard identification, and proper pruning techniques.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of tree climbing experience.
• Desire to work outdoors and a valid U.S. driver's license; CDL A or B is a plus or willingness to obtain one.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
