Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) seeks an experienced window treatment installer for on-site placements in Halifax area. You will schedule installations, take precise measurements, and verify product reception at the job site.

You will professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners, ensuring top-tier service. Ability to handle issues and maintain strong customer relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Leaves positive and lasting impressions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website.
• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with our customer.
• Conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters.
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition.
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners.
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service.
