Job description

A well-established dental practice in North Vancouver is seeking a Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join their team. Renowned for delivering comprehensive dental care to the local community, the practice offers a welcoming and professional environment. The team consists of experienced professionals committed to providing high-quality services to patients of all ages. Equipped with modern technology, the practice enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of dental procedures, ensuring optimal patient care.

Schedule :
  • Mondays through Fridays
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8AM - 5:30PM
  • One-hour lunch break
  • Schedules may vary slightly depending on business needs
Main responsibilities :
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Submit pre-determinations and follow up with insurance providers
  • Prepare and present estimates for complex treatment plans
  • Collect and process patient payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Compensation :
  • $31 - $36 per hour

Requirements :
  • At least 1 year of full-time paid experience as a Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator in Canada
  • Knowledge of Power Practice is an asset
  • Dental Reception Certificate is an asset
