Responsibilities
  • Explain treatment to patients.
  • Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities.
  • Optimize clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact.
  • Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.
  • Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships.
  • Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.
  • Accurately file patient information, ensuring that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
  • Manage recall and passive patient systems.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of previous experience in the dental field is required.
  • Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience.
  • Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (the office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
  • Knowledge of any dental software.
