We're looking for a Treasury Specialist to support our USA funds team

Key Responsibilities
  • Client cash transactions:
    • Fundings
    • Distributions
    • Wire/ACH payments
    • Bill payments
  • Working with managers and or clients on to resolve incoming wire issues/questions
  • Resolve cash inquiries from staff
  • Maintaining client banking relations
  • Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to reduce risk and increase productivity
  • Support team with clerical and administrative duties
  • Exposure to various fund types (e.g., hedge, private equity, venture capital, fund of funds, etc.) and legal structures (e.g., limited partnerships, limited liability companies, etc.)
  • Actively support the private fund offering and capital activity process (e.g. subscriptions, redemptions, commitments, calls and distributions
  • Investor wire instruction verifications and data maintenance
  • Uphold current policies, processes, workflow and procedures according to TMF and Industry best practices
  • Onboard new clients (helping set up wire instructions spreadsheets, reviewing/testing bank access in banking platform, sending clients contact list/information for set up of users, etc.)
Key Requirements
  • Graduate in related areas (accounting, finance, economics, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and electronically (email)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent at creative problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills along with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • The commitment to independently complete tasks to reach the clients’ goals
  • Passion for Alternative Investments, Private Equity and Hedge Fund industries
