Position Details

About the Role

We are seeking a Treasury Back Office Manager to lead a team of 5 to 8 professionals within Treasury Operations. You will oversee the processing of payments and transfers across multiple banking platforms, ensure compliance and accuracy, and lead projects to improve treasury processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Treasury Back Office operations
• Ensure timely processing of all payments and verify settlement reports
• Resolve wire settlement issues and manage exceptions
• Oversee money market fund activities and settlements
• Address errors and implement lessons learned
• Develop payment strategies and project initiatives
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance
• Review and update treasury policies and procedures
• Enhance systems and processes for efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in treasury, with leadership experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong industry knowledge of financial services
• Relevant accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/ACA or similar)
• Relevant treasury qualification (CTP/ACT)
• Desired: Oracle Fusion experience
