Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Treasury Liquidity Measurement professional to deliver analytics and reporting for critical regulatory and internal liquidity metrics in Toronto, with a focus on scalable workflows and data-driven insights. The role requires 4+ years in finance or treasury, a quantitative degree, and hands-on experience with ETL, Python, SQL, R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Masters or Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, financial engineering, mathematics, economics, or computer science
4+ years of experience in finance / accounting, bank treasury or other relevant experience
Experience with ETL programming and data analysis using Python, SQL and R
Experience in developing data visualization and BI solutions with Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI

Responsibilities

Delivering regular and reliable liquidity metrics, analytics & insights based on deep understanding of the firm’s businesses and its client activities.
Building robust, systematic workflows around the production of liquidity analytics for management and regulatory reporting.
Ensuring data quality, timeliness, and completeness of underlying data for internal and regulatory metrics.
Building governance frameworks to reduce operational risk around liquidity reporting.
Measuring and explaining key liquidity risk metrics like LCR, NCCF and NSFR, with clear commentary.
Preparing regulatory liquidity risk reporting submissions to OSFI and other bodies.
