The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cash management, strong relationship skills, and Excel proficiency. CPA schooling is covered, with flexible hybrid options and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a cash management role.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial software.

Responsabilidades

• Own the firm’s payment and cash management responsibilities.
• Implement controls and policies to strengthen treasury function.
• Verify cash transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare A/P aging summaries for CFO review and provide insights on outstanding items.
• Maintain vendor payment information in client banking portals and set up new bank accounts.
• Prepare documentation for user banking access and signatory changes.
• Keep banks updated on organizational changes.
• Manage user access to client online banking portals.
• Create wire instructions for client accounts and reconcile bank statements.
