The incumbent is responsible for data management (extraction/validation/reporting) to support several key Treasury functions, including hedge accounting activities, derivative valuations, and collateral management. The incumbent will also be involved in asset pricing model maintenance and other ad-hoc projects.
The role is in the Treasury group. Equitable Bank's Treasury group is responsible for directly managing numerous risks within the bank, including the Bank's funding risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, market risk and pricing risk. Treasury partners with businesses to ensure all risks are managed and works closely with finance to ensure activities are appropriately reflected in financial statements. Treasury staff have opportunities for exposure to a variety of business units across the bank and to have an impact on the Bank's performance.
