Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of progressive construction management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial, residential, warehouse, or retail projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, codes, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Canada.
  • Experience with large retail or distribution/warehouse projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution across Canada, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality targets are achieved.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Manage contracts, procurement, invoicing, and ensure site compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

About The Opportunity

This national role spans across multiple provinces—particularly BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. You will be responsible for full project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgetsare consistently met, while maintaining close collaboration with superintendents, trades, clients, and consultants. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands, and enjoys frequent travel.

About The Position

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
