Job summary

Craftsman Collision in Victoria is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Office Administrator for coverage at various Victoria Island shop locations. This floating role requires you to travel to multiple shops; you must have your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Requires post-secondary education in bookkeeping, business or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service and front desk operations.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and travel between shops.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Handle front-desk duties, phone, emails and scheduling.
• Assist with daily and monthly bookkeeping tasks in CMS/UKG.
• Coordinate with Head Office for policies and procedures.
• Arrange travel between Victoria Island shop locations and vehicle logistics.
