Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to diagnose and repair appliances at residential rental properties across Ontario. You will travel between appointments using your own vehicle and manage work orders via our mobile app.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of paid professional appliance repair experience.
Ability to diagnose and complete appliance repairs independently without supervision.
Must have own reliable vehicle and own appliance repair tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair common household appliances.
Service washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, range hoods and similar appliances.
Diagnose issues before replacing parts and complete repairs within your scope.
Test appliances before leaving to ensure repairs are successful.
Document model/serial numbers, repair notes, photos, and completed work.
