Job summary

Royal York Property Management seeks experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to diagnose and repair common residential appliances at rental properties across Ontario. You will travel to sites, manage repairs with your own tools, and document work through a mobile app.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid professional appliance repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete appliance repairs independently without supervision.
• Experience repairing common residential appliances.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common household appliances.
• Service washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, range hoods, and similar appliances.
• Diagnose appliance issues before replacing parts.
• Complete repairs and part replacements within your verified scope.
• Test appliances before leaving to ensure repairs have been completed successfully.
• Document model and serial numbers, repair notes, photos, and completed work.
• Report additional issues, required parts, or safety concerns.
• Use our mobile work app to receive work orders and navigate to appointments.
• Travel between appointments using your own vehicle.
