The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Traveling Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP / PA) who is comfortable hitting the road—sometimes a few hours from home—to provide exceptional wound care services. This is a full-time, field-based role that may include occasional overnight stays (with all travel expenses covered).

Responsibilities

• Travel to homes, skilled nursing facilities, or other patient locations to assess and manage acute and chronic wounds.
• Perform wound care procedures, including sharp debridement and application of amniotic allografts.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and imaging.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, home health nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment as needed; participate in team meetings and clinical case discussions.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California.
• 1–3+ years of wound care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with regular travel, including overnight stays as needed.
