Job description

Contract Length: 26 weeks (option for 13 weeks)

3 Shifts per week / 12-hour shifts – with option for Extra Shifts Bonus

Operating Room - BOSTON, MA

Requirements:

  • Active CRNA license with a minimum of 1.5 years of full-time Canadian RN experience
  • Candidate must be a Canadian citizen

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to create personalized care plans
  • Monitor patients' conditions, detect changes, and respond appropriately to emergencies
  • Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress
  • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and ongoing treatment plans
  • Adapt to different healthcare settings and effectively integrate into new teams
  • Follow all hospital policies, protocols, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications, and others based on specialties
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments
  • Flexibility to travel and experience new cultures
  • Willing to undergo a background check
  • Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as per State Immunization Policy
