HealthOPM is currently hiring Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who are interested in travel nursing opportunities within long-term care homes in Ottawa and Hawkesbury, Ontario. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor residents for side effects
  • Communicate effectively with families, interdisciplinary team members, and supervisors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience working in long-term care, geriatrics, or community care is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate (accommodation is provided)
