Your Role:

As a Travel Manager at Back Office, you'll be at the heart of creating extraordinary moments.

The expected results from the Travel Manager include the swift and flawless implementation of a diverse range of customer travel and lifestyle requests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer queries including making & amending accommodation bookings, updating changes and processing payments.

• Reach out to suppliers for rates on hotels, transfers/transportation & all other lifestyle requests.

• Organize transfers, and rental of vehicles, including checking the drivers on route.

• Book and purchase tickets for sports, fashion, concerts and events worldwide.

• Recommend and reserve tables in restaurants.

• Use a wide variety of in-house systems and the current database of suppliers.

• Work closely with the operational team.

• Keep up to date with travel trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience working in travel & tourism role.

• Native or Advanced level of Russian / Ukrainian.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• A genuine desire to make people's lives better.

• Personal travel experience is a plus.

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time, Night shifts (workload fluctuates throughout the entire shift).

Week 1: 2pm – 5am AST/EST Monday & Wednesday & Friday plus Sunday full day

Week 2: 2pm – 5am AST/EST Tuesday & Thursday plus Saturday full day

Trial Period: Paid, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm CET for the first two months.
