Salary & Benefits

  • C$89,000 p / a

Role

  • Organise & maintain training records for all personnel.
  • Develop training programs and work instructions for manufacturing personnel.
  • Ensure all personnel follow safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work in conjunction with the Director of Quality to maintain compliance in all areas.
  • Project planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting on updates.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of training records and work instructions.
  • Interpret and present technical data.
  • Work with the Management Team to maintain business objectives and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of recent manufacturing experience.
  • Must have a proven track record dealing with compliance.
  • Must have proven presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent reading, writing, mathematical, and communication skills required.
  • A strong character able to push forward all elements of compliance.
  • Full understanding of legal requirements for the whole company.
  • Dedicated and hardworking.
  • Operates well under pressure.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
