Qualifications

Indigenous cultures, trauma-informed care and cultural humility are essential.
Strong communication skills, including active listening and respectful engagement.
Ethical conduct, reliability and integrity with vulnerable populations.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Vulnerable Sector clearance and clean criminal record check.
Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized mentorship and crisis response to adults with cognitive disabilities.
