Arrow Group of Companies in Kamloops, BC is seeking a Transportation Coordinator for Kamloops Fibre. You will coordinate routing and scheduling of daily trucking services, focus on safety, productivity and customer service, and report to the Division Manager.
Ideal candidates have Grade 12, 1–3 years in transportation, strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills, and are comfortable using Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers benefits and a pension.

The Kamloops Fibre Trucking Division specializes in serving key customers by hauling wood fibre, including wood chips, sawdust and hogfuel, from various origins to key customer destinations in the Interior and Lower Mainland BC. Approximately 160 employees report into Kamloops Fibre Trucking Division including Company Drivers, Lease Operators, Shop Staff and Office Staff.
We are looking for a Transportation Coordinator for our largest Trucking Division - Kamloops Fibre. Working directly under the Division Manager, this role best suits a motivated individual with an analytical mindset and a desire to advance their leadership abilities. As many of our Operation Supervisors begin their careers in this role, it is imperative to have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt and pivot when required and to be technologically proficient.

TheTransportation Coordinator’sprimary role is to coordinate and oversee the routing and scheduling of our daily trucking services to meet customer requirements focusing on maximizing payload and productivity in a safe and effective manner. Taking direction from the Division Manager, Operations Supervisor and/or Senior Transportation Coordinators, this role is entry level and theknowledge requirements,responsibility and scope associatedarenot as great as with more senior levels of the position.
