SUMMARY

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the order fulfillment work plan for the shift. Utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) best practices, the OSC coordinates order allocation, replenishment, and the flow of inbound and outbound freight throughout the warehouse with a focus on accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Audit inbound and outbound product.
  • Provide quality control by physically opening product boxes and investigating potential product damage.
  • Accurately input data in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Act as a liaison between Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operators and Logistics Coordinators (LC).
  • Assist with facility inventory management.
  • Able to comfortably lift/move 50 pounds of product.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment packaging products to be shipped.
  • Moving product to correct locations by reading & scanning labels.
  • Ensure tasks get done on time and accurately.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team focused environment.
  • Actively communicate with supervisors and colleagues to notify them of problems/concerns.
  • Demonstrate respect forthe organization’s values daily, while maintaining and upholding company policies & procedures.
  • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training is considered an asset.
  • Other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE:
