About The Role

As Transport Manager, you will oversee the onboarding of new Transporters and manage operations across your assigned cluster. You will be responsible for driving operational metrics, owning processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement.

What You Will Do

1. Onboard new Transporters onto the network continuously.
2. Monitor and manage the performance of different lanes within your cluster.
3. Ensure adherence to operational processes and compliance standards.
4. Own and optimize key operational metrics to meet performance targets.

What You Will Need

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, particularly in Middle Mile operations.
• Experience in partner onboarding and training within Middle Mile and sorting operations.
• Experience working in similar geographic locations and familiarity with control tower and field operations is a plus.
