What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed and actively practicing physician in good standing with the CPSO (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in solid organ transplantation, organ allocation, or donor management
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare system and related regulations
  • Excellent communication, consensus-building, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work in a collaborative, high-stakes environment
  • Approximately 13 weeks/year
  • Rotating 24/7 on-call coverage shared among multiple physicians
  • Flexible scheduling and fully remote phone consultation
