North Star Associates seeks an experienced Transmission Engineer to support engineering and project execution for a client across Newfoundland and Labrador. You will perform technical analysis of transmission line infrastructure using PLS Cadd and provide comprehensive design support. The role is based in St.
John's with periodic travel to project sites, starting October 1, 2026 and ending October 1, 2027. A Civil or Electrical Engineering degree and P.Eng.

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Engineer to support engineering and project execution activities for one of our clients across Newfoundland and Labrador.
In this role, you will complete technical engineering analysis of Transmission Line Infrastructure using PLS Cadd, and perform all aspects of project execution. Strong experience and understanding of this software is preferred.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an anticipated start date of October 1, 2026, and an end date of October 1, 2027. Work will be primarily based in St. John's, NL, with periodic travel to project sites throughout the province as required.
