Morrison Hershfield's Transit Group offers planning, design, and construction administration services for various transit projects including bus rapid transit, light rail, commuter rail, subway stations, maintenance facilities, and projects aimed at maintaining the state of good repair. We are currently seeking an experienced Transit Stakeholder Coordinator to join our transit team in the GTHA. The role involves significant project delivery responsibilities and may require working onsite at client premises in the GTHA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review meeting minutes and stakeholder presentation content for quality and accuracy.
  2. Manage stakeholder meetings to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
  3. Coordinate stakeholder comments with the Client’s Technical Advisor and project team.
  4. Follow up on submittal reviews, approvals, and action items with client staff.
  5. Oversee the record-keeping of stakeholder RFIs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with document control processes.
  6. Review stakeholder invoices.
  7. Assist in coordinating the design review process.
  8. Support the collection, evaluation, and response to stakeholder requirements.
  9. Perform additional duties as necessary to support project deliverables and activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Experience in project management, coordination, and business process management.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  4. Familiarity with Unifier is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of transit, transportation, or urban planning.
  6. Experience with infrastructure megaprojects.
  7. College degree in engineering or equivalent.
  8. Experience in transit-related projects.
