Job summary

Keolis Canada is hiring in Terrace, BC for Transit Bus Driver and HandyDART Driver roles. You will transport passengers safely, maintain radio contact, and assist with driver coverage in a supportive community-focused team.

The job requires a Class 2 license with air endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to assist passengers in a busy environment. Flexible shifts and a balance between mornings, afternoons, and weekends are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 License with Code 15 (air endorsement).
• Clear driver's abstract.
• Clear vulnerable sector check.
• Negative drug and alcohol test.
• Strong knowledge of Terrace and surrounding area.
• Physical ability to push/pull wheelchairs up and down a ramp or onto a lift (50lbs).
• Organized, punctual, reliable, and possessing excellent driving skills.
• Calm, upbeat, and helpful demeanor with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

What We Offer:

• Transit Driver: $30.60/hour


• HandyDART Driver: $29.30/hour


• A supportive team environment.


• This is a permanent part-time position with the possibility of additional hours.


• Service will operate 7 days per week between the hours of 5:00 am to 10:15 pm. Shifts can be a mix of mornings, afternoons and weekends.
