Job summary

RideCo in Waterloo, Ontario is seeking a Business Data Analyst to work directly with clients, analyze operations data, and drive service improvements. You will manage projects, run simulations, and provide technical analytics support across multiple clients, collaborating with data engineers and product teams.

The role emphasizes communicating with executives, building dashboards, and guiding continuous improvement to enhance rider and driver experiences in dynamic on‑demand transit systems.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in data analysis and project management.
• 3–5 years of experience as an analyst, project manager or related role.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools; GIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch client projects per timeline, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement transportation solutions leveraging the RideCo platform.
• Set up testing, training, soft launches, and monitor KPIs post-launch.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and generate insights for client reviews.
